What is supported living?

Supported living can be defined in many ways, however, in essence, it means to live independently as a tenant in a shared home with the responsibilities this involves. Every person we support has a dynamic support plan, and support will be tailored specifically to the individual's requirements.

We can support people with a wide range of things like:

• Household tasks (e.g cleaning and laundry)

• Taking medication

• Attending appointments

• Social and leisure activities

• Lifestyle choices

• Maintaining relationships with family and friends

• Job opportunities (paid or voluntary)

• Budgeting

TPA is proud to provide bespoke outreach services and outreach activities in addition to supported living.

TPA understands that having the right support available to enable you to live life fully is important, that is why we created our bespoke outreach services. This service allows you to become more independent inside and outside of your home.

​

TPA has listened to the people we support and have created a range of activities and events that have proved to be fun and successful.

Bespoke Outreach Services

We provide bespoke outreach services during daytimes, evenings and weekends.

 

TPA's bespoke Outreach Services are tailored to each individual, enabling them to access and enjoy activities of their choice such as:

​

• Travel training

• Shopping

• Community events

• Fun activities

• Support at home 

• Sightseeing

• Visits to historical sites

• Eating out

• Cinema

• And many more...

 

TPA is able to work with you to create days or evenings out. This support can also take place in your home if required.

Outreach Activities

Outreach activities are available to people over the age of 18.
